鈥淚 was homeschooled and entered ESCC a bit nervous. Immediately I experienced the support and one on one attention that is at the forefront of the ‘YES!’ culture. I feel I’ve received a great foundation for my next step at UMES and a career in Aerospace Engineering鈥�

鈥淚 applied for and was accepted into an internship with the University of Virginia Coastal Research Center in Oyster. I enjoyed collaborating with my peers who were interning and the sense of community we had while engaged in various activities.鈥�
